An introduction of innovative courses is another key aspect of this proposal. In line with this concept we are eager to introduce special intensive courses for ordinary level, advance level, IELTS and TOFEL for the benefit of non students by using our spare and idle capacity.

Preparing for students for International Exams, There is a growing demand amongst the public for courses such as London O/L, A/L, etc which adds high value for students. According to educational experts this is the process of internationalization of local student population opening them new doors and removing barriers to enhanced future opportunities. We as an innovative institute will focus on introducing such courses at the right time by analyzing trends in the market. |
IT Centre
| It is our expectation to replace all text book based education with more interactive computer based education in the next 5 to 7 years. As a proactive professional institute, we have already identified these future trends and all our development plans include the provision of such facilities designed to meet changes in the market place. The proposed fully equipped IT Centre is initially planned to accommodate 40 students at a time with the possibility for expansion up to 200 to meet the future needs. |
Strategic Alliances
The maintenance of high standards, recognition, and applicability are amongst the key driving factors in introducing above courses. In order to achieve operational excellence as well as our strategic goal of becoming the best English Language Centre in the Region, a potential long term alliance with British Council or other similar organization is paramount.
In the field of the IT, preparing students even in their early stages to get international Computer Driving License (ICDL) as well as accreditation towards Microsoft Word, Excel etc. are other key aspects under this concept. |
Extra curricular Activities
| We as a responsible and dedicated institute for advancing school education in Sri Lanka in all spheres, a separate centre for aesthetic activities is to be set up to promote and nurture inborn talents of the students, particularly in the areas of dancing, drama, speech and other fields of performing arts. |
Development of Sports
| Currently, our school participates in all zonal and other regional events in addition to the internal events organized by the school. It has been identified as one of the key areas to be developed and a 3 year expansion programme is to be implemented to improve areas especially in indoor sports such as chess, table tennis and outdoor field events including swimming, athletics, cricket, netball, basketball and other filed-events. |

- All the classrooms are floor tiledand spacious for the kids to run around freely.

- A TV with DVD Player is connected to entertain and educatethe children toupgrade their listening & speaking abilities.
Kiddies Playground
| Play ground is equipped with swings, mat slides, climbing frameand see saws. |
Security
| 24 hour security system will be available shortly, fixed with CCTV cameras And the school premises will be surrounded by a wall with a height of about 10’. |
Library
| Located in a separate spacious room in the new building and will be computerized in the near future. At present we have nearly about 1000 titles which include Text Books, Extra reading materials, study guides, marking schemes, past papers etc. In addition to that Dictionaries, Biographies, fiction and non-fiction are available. |
Computer Centre
| Fully equipped with modern computers which includes a scanner, multi- media projector and Internet & e- mail facility. A well-qualifiedteacher has been assigned to take charge and guide the students. |
Auditorium
| (Conference Hall) – A spacious area is allocated with 400 seating capacity and will be fully air conditioned with the most modern advanced equipment such as multimedia,audio –video facilities etc. |
Science Laboratory
| A fully equipped laboratory will be maintained equivalent to the Cambridge standards covering Physics , Chemistry & Biology for theOrdinary /Advance Level students. |
Dancing Room
| Kandyan Dancing & Western Dancing are being taught where the students are trained to take part in schooland outdoor events. |
Music Room
| In addition to the above the students are provided with facilities to learn music in another separate room. |
