Orientation Programme
Kindly bring the Report Card of the student when you come to meet the class teacher.
Parents should be conservatively dressed. Shorts, three quarter pants, tight fitting pants, T- shirts and sleeveless clothes are not allowed.
Please adhere to the prevailing safety precautions. (i.e. wearing a mask etc.)
Refer the floor plan and teacher allocation which will be pasted in the notice boards to find your child’s class / location.
Kindly bring a note book and a pen to write down important messages.
Kindly note that a maximum of 10 minutes can be taken to meet the class teacher.
Please collect the information sheet at the school entrance and kindly submit the completed form to the class teacher.

School holidays
Dear Parents,
Please note that the school will be closed for Paper Marking from 08th to 10th August. Therefore students from Grade 09 to ALs are NOT expected to come to school.
Students should attend the school on Friday, 12th August (07.30AM) to collect their reports.
Parents can come and meet the relevant class teachers from 10.30AM to 11.30 AM.
📌 School will re-open for the new academic year on 12th September, and the General Parents Meeting for the New Academic Year will be on the Sunday, 04th September and more details will be shared through the respective class channels.

Kindly be informed that the Management of Boswell College International has decided to conduct online school from 29th June and 30th June due to the fuel crisis (Nursery – ALS)

Following the government decision of closure of the schools, we have decided to declare a school holiday for all the grades from Nursery to ALs for tomorrow i.e Friday, 17th June 2022.

British Council
We will be resuming our British Council English courses again. The dates and the courses are yet to be finalized and we hope to finalize them along with the parents.
Therefore, there will be an orientation program for all the parents who are hoping to restart the courses or are planning to newly join their students to our courses.

Chess Classes
Chess Classes for the students will be held on every Thursday starting from 3rd February as follows:

▫️◾️Grade 2 – 5 – 2.15 pm – 4.15 pm
▫️◾️Grade 6 – 10 – 2.15 pm – 4.15 pm
If Thursday falls on a holiday, class will be held on Friday in the same week.
Parents are kindly requested to give your consent with regard to the participation of your child in the chess classes and it should be mentioned in the SRB and submit to the respective class teacher on or before 24.01.2022.
Also, please note to collect your child soon after the end of chess classes without fail.
Students are expected to bring 1/2 inch square ruled 80 pages book for the chess class.

SCHOOL REOPEN
As the government has issued health guidelines to resume O/L & A/L classes from next week, we have decided to open the below mentioned classes physically under new norms.
Years : 13N X, 13N , 12N, 12C, 11N X, 11N, 10N, 10C.
Covid Vaccination
As the government has planned to reopen schools physically for certain classes the mandatory arrangements have been made for the Covid Vaccination to be given on 01st November 2021 (Monday) at the school premises between 10.00 - 11.00 am for the students who are 15 years and above.
Students are expected to attend the school in uniform with their parents.
NO ONLINE Lessons
As all the teachers are attending the physical staff meeting to be held at the school to discuss the matters regarding the re- opening of school under new norms, NO ONLINE LESSONS WILL BE CONDUCTED TOMORROW. i.e Friday, 29th October.
But for the students from Grade 6 upwards, the teachers will assign some offline work to be completed during the period.
We WILL NOT REOPEN the school
Though the government has given permission to reopen the Primary Section of schools from tomorrow, please note that We WILL NOT REOPEN the school tomorrow.
To discuss further matters about the reopening, Parents- Principal Meetings will be held on 25th & 26th as follows. We highly appreciate your participation at these meetings.

Closing School
Please be informed that we have decided to declare a 'device free long weekend' from 16th to 20th of October 2021.
Therefore, as informed at the Parents-Teachers meetings,18th October 2021, (Monday) will be a school holiday.
Covid-19 Vaccine
As the first stage of the vaccination process for the students, the government has decided to vaccinate the students of 12 -19 years old who are suffering from persistent diseases.
Therefore, if any student is suffering from any of the above mentioned illnesses and seeking for the vaccine against Covid-19, please contact the above number and make necessary arrangements.
