The full-time staff consists of Eighty members and the majority are graduates or trained, specialized teachers in their respective subjects.  The College also hires temporary staff to complement the additional requirements of the curricula.  There are four supporting staff members who assist with the day-to-day activities of the College.

Improvement and continued development of staff talent: The recruitment and retention of professionally qualified, capable staff is the burning issue in the sector right now fuelled by unethical touting of staff by other institutes. In order to curtail such unhealthy practices, we have designed our own reward system to attract and retain them in the organization for a longer-term.  The support for training and continued development of staff to reduce the knowledge gap is another step taken to improve the skills of our staff pool and an annual budget provision committed for this purpose will be a priority.
